International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their orders. Please be aware that international shipping times may vary and delays may occur due to customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number and the carrier's website.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jacka Saldana. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions:

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at to obtain a return authorization.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified in writing by Jacka Saldana.
Returns will be subject to a $75 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
