Refunds Policy

At Jacka Saldana, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please read our refunds policy carefully to understand your options regarding refunds, gift cards, and deposits.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jacka Saldana. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note the following conditions:

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at info@jackasaldana.com to obtain a return authorization.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified in writing by Jacka Saldana.

Returns will be subject to a $75 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual. Gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be used towards the purchase of any item on our website.

Deposits

Any deposits made for custom orders, made-to-measure items, or special services are non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure your order and initiate the production process. In the event of cancellation, deposits will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@jackasaldana.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
